Tanay Tak's presentation, titled "Evidence of Lateral Injection at V-Defect Sidewalls in III-Nitride Light Emitting Diodes Using Electron Emission Microscopy" was awarded the Best Student Award at the 14th International Conference on Nitride Semiconductors in Fukuoka, Japan.
