Biography

My research interests are in III-nitride based optoelectronic devices, such as photodetectors and LEDs. My work involves MOCVD growth of III-nitride thin films, fabrication and characterization of III-nitride devices. Current work focuses on the dynamic characteristics of InGaN-based photodetectors.
