Paper: Superconductivity in the Z2 kagome metal KV3Sb5

March 02, 2021

Our paper reporting the formation of a superconducting ground state in KV3Sb5 appeared today in Physical Review Materials.  This material is the second in a class of new kagome metals that feature superconductivity, a topologically nontrivial electronic band structure, and a competing charge density wave order.  Signatures of superconductivity outside of traditional single band s-wave models are also reported.
