AbstractNanostructured amorphous titanium suboxide electrodes are fabricated to determine the effects of the electrode geometry on the device performance of poly(3-hexylthiophene): (6,6)-phenyl C61 butyric acid methyl ester inverted solar cells. It is found that a combination of electrode geometry and active layer processing influences the open circuit voltage in these devices.
